Working out with other women who push you is extremely beneficial. For the September challenge, each Lady Dragon paired up with someone for some fun, frog jumps on the mat. Keep in mind, it is encouraged to pair up with someone who is going to make you better and help you advance to the next level. That’s what the Lady Dragons do. Not only was Kamal one of the most dedicated in September, she pushed though each challenge striving to beat her last record. Kamal, punched through this challenge while having a great time. She takes the trophy home for September.
